New kinds of Unliving, particularly vatters, can be "bred" despite their asexuality, often with disastrous consequences."People would often fight each other over ideological differences. The most well known female Unliving were the Zombs of the Opposite Seven. Most Unliving are superficially male, only an extremely rare few of the Higher Unliving have a feminine physique. Zombs and Kavokhs do not reproduce at all. Lesser Unliving are called Vatters for their need to reproduce using a vat, while Ilokaj and the extinct Atomo are sacrificed into new individuals through recycling pouches. The exact reproductive manner of unliving varies by type. However, some unliving still indulge in cannibalism for cultural, instinctive, or deviant purposes. The biological needs of most unliving are accounted for by the power of their Unliving Genome. Most unliving are humanoid beings which superficially resemble dessicated and mutated corpses. ![]() ![]() Unliving continued to have inferior civil rights until The Great Coraabian Declaration was signed in 3491. Over time, the settlement of Ora merges with Mino to become the city Min'Ora, which successfully rebels against Miner dominion in the 1164 Tu. The Unliving themselves were often enslaved for mining operations, and many tribes were driven extinct in the process or its consequences. In just a quarter millennium later, the Empire of the Circle is founded by the Ilokaji race of Unliving.Ġ Tu marks when the Miners invaded Coraab for the precious material left in the Dump. In -3700 Tu the Unliving migrate to the southern hemisphere and found the city Mino, which will be of great importance to the Unliving's future. Unliving civilizations began in -20,000 Tu. As the violence of the ongoing dump was a mass extinction for Coraab they overtook the native organisms as the dominant form of life. Unliving were sent to Coraab and other dumpworlds in -36,000 Tu. Unliving now only exist on Coraab, where they were included among the many forms of garbage left on the planet-sized landfill. The Unliving are the modern term for a group of artificial beings which were created by extinct civilizations as servants. ![]()
